After taking a deep dive into understanding the challenges of those in the trucking industry, Troncone & Partners created a 360º campaign that connected with recruiters and trucking candidates in a truthful voice. One that understood and portrayed the obstacles of their high turnover market like transportation and severe driver shortage. It was a campaign that differentiated FATJ because we were able to humanize their solution to provide recruiters with a mobile-only application platform that quickly converted interested candidates into applicants, reduce time, effort, and cost.
